After registration, you will receive an email with a link and a password to access your personal area.
In case you haven't received the email, please check your spam box.

In your personal area, you should fill in all the data at "personal information", "Invoicing and Payment" and (if you wish to submit an abstract) "Abstract Submission"

If you need an invoice with the tax number, before making the payment, please enter your tax number and the name (to whom address the invoice).

Conference Fee

* The university teachers/researchers are not included on “reduced fees for teachers and students”.

**Accompanying person should register in the same way as the participants. In the field "observations" (at "invoicing and payment") should mention that is an “accompanying person”

Any cancellation of the conference registration must be notified in writing (by e-mail) to the conference secretariat as soon as possible. Partial reimbursement of the fee (in a total of 50% of the paid fee deduced of any bank transfer fee) is possible if the request is made before 25 June, 2017 at 12:00 (GMT). After June 25 no reimbursement is possible.

Conference dinner will require a separate fee (20€)

The conference fee covers full conference participation which includes

1. Attendance to the conference plenary sessions, oral communications, poster sessions, workshops, science fair, scientific performances, and teacher training sessions.
2. Coffee breaks
3. Lunches during the conference
4. Social program
5. Conference proceedings (electronic format)
6. Certificate of attendance
7. Supporting documentation
