* The university teachers/researchers are not included on “reduced fees for teachers and students”.
**Accompanying person should register in the same way as the participants. In the field "observations" (at "invoicing and payment") should mention that is an “accompanying person”
Any cancellation of the conference registration must be notified in writing (by e-mail) to the conference secretariat as soon as possible. Partial reimbursement of the fee (in a total of 50% of the paid fee deduced of any bank transfer fee) is possible if the request is made before 30 June, at 12:00 (GMT). After June 30 no reimbursement is possible.
Conference dinner will require a separate fee (30€) except for full regular fee registration

REGISTRATION FEE Details
In order to proceed with the payment of your fees please make a bank transfer to the accounts (EURO or UAH (for Ukrainian citizens)) below. Please indicate your name (or username) in the subject of the transfer order.
When giving the fees bank transfer order please be so kind to fill in and sign the Registration Form (click here to download). Immediately after giving the bank transfer order, a copy of the undersigned Registration Form must be sent to National Technical University “Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute”, HSIC2019 Organizing Committee by fax +38 (057) 707-66-01 or email – This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it., because local organizers need to provide to the Ukrainian revenue services within 3 days of the reception of the bank transfer order, documentary evidence of the legal purpose of the payment to present.
